Terms of Use

Klipwright is a download-only tool. You paste a URL you have rights to, or you brief Series/Studio content. You download files. We do not post to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other account.

Accounts

You must be 18 or the age of majority in Ontario. You are responsible for the password and for activity on the account. Confirm your email before buying a plan. Google sign-in, when enabled, uses a verified Google address.

Rights in source video

A public URL is not permission. You represent that you own the source or have a licence that allows clipping and download. We may refuse or delete a job if we reasonably believe the rights box was false.

Plans and credits

Free, Clipper (CAD $19 / month), Series (CAD $49.99 / month), and Studio (CAD $100 pack for 30 finished minutes) are described on Help and Settings. Prices are CAD. Stripe processes payment when billing is on. Admin grants can outrank a Stripe plan. Unused Studio minutes are not cash.

AI output

Outlines and generated media can be wrong. You review before you publish. Do not treat output as legal, medical, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

No abuse of model or render capacity, no malware, no attempts to scrape other users, no child sexual abuse material, no content you do not have rights to process.

Availability

The service is provided as-is during dogfood. Features behind flags (ingest, model calls, billing) may be off. We can suspend an account that threatens the service or other users.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing here waives consumer rights you cannot waive. Contact support@klipwright.com.
