Refund Policy

Clipper and Series are monthly subscriptions billed in CAD by Stripe. Studio is a one-time minutes pack, not a subscription.

If billing has not been turned on, you should not have been charged. Email support@klipwright.com with the Stripe receipt if something posted in error.

After billing is on: unused calendar time on a subscription is not automatically refunded when you cancel. Cancel in Manage billing to stop the next renewal. Unused Studio minutes are not cashed out.

Ontario consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply, including statutory rights for misrepresentation or a service that was not provided. Chargebacks go through Stripe. We will look at the job logs if you say a paid render never completed.
